How many kinds of anti-static floor are there?
According to the resistance value of its covering, anti-static floor can be classified into two groups:conducting electrostatic floor and static dissipative floor.
(1)conducting electrostatic floor: This kind of floor only has one branch, i.e., permanent anti-static PVC floor(also called cleanroom floor),It is made out of PVC resin. After special process procedure,it will form the anti-static network which has the anti-static function.Its surface looks like marble,thus it is appropriate to be used to decorative rooms.It may be applied to places which has the requirements of purification and free of static.Such as:computer room, cleanroom and so on.
(2)Antistatic floors can be divided into several kinds.There are steel access floor,antistatic steel floor,aluminum panel,access floor with ceramic finish and so on.
The steel access floor is made of good quality cold-rolled steel sheet,which is stretched,spot-welded,and coated with epoxy powder after having been phosphorated.There’s lightweight materials fully filled.It has the benefits of dust-proof,water-proof and so on.It can be used in computer room, intelligent office environment,meeting room and other places.
